Our Rural
Homes are caravans as defined in
the Caravan Sites Act 1968. It conforms to
BS/EN 3632 meaning there are no building
regulations required. There is no VAT to be
paid on the building except for furnishings
and any other removable items. |

Our timber
is grown in our own forest.
The trees are replaced when cut down.
This is a renewable source and a conscious
decision that is key to our philosophy
as a company. |
